Stakeholder analysis is necessery before we can empathize to individual’s position. When it is ready, we can put the change on timeline and mark up the critical points of the change. It’s again important to take the consideration of individual’s point of view.

Last but not least comes the risk analysis and recovery plan. Quite often we find tehcnical risks. Keep in mind that there is always a risk that people won’t change their habits. When the benefits are threatened, this risk appears to be costly.
