YOU ARE WARMLY WELCOME TO PICK AND SHARE THOUGHTS & IDEAS ABOUT CHANGES!
WHY DOES THIS WEBSITE EXIST?
WHO IS THAT?
Hi I’m Nina. My favorite topics are change, transformations and leadership. I’ve been working with changes for over 10 years now: implementing strategy, leading transformation programs and consulting other change leaders. I have created change models and tools for years and am quite passionate about it.
My mission is to learn, share and develop new change concepts and tools.
That’s why I founded the ChangeCrux website. At the moment ChangeCrux is my hobby, but is it growing up to something else, you never know.
TO WHOM IS IT FOR?
This website is for anyone who is interested in change.
There are excellent change theories waiting for us to use them.
- The CRUX here might be that you may not have time to search any articles.
- Or you don’t want to spend time to study them diligently.
- Or you like to study them but don’t have enough ideas on how to implement them into practice.
- Or you have put them into practice, succeeded, and want to share your knowledge.
You are warmly welcome!
WHY THIS WEBSITE?
I’d like to document some of my thoughts on change. I will be super happy if you get any new ideas from this website.
I believe that a crucial part of any development is the discussion. One of my dreams is to create a platform for conversations on change leadership. Let’s see if that dream comes true…
MAY I HELP YOU?
I hope I can help you by putting the theory into practice.
If you like ask something about managing/leading the change, maybe I can help you. I don’t know everything but I’ll be happy to share what I know. And by helping you, I will learn something new as well.
WHAT DOES CHANGECRUX MEAN?
For many years our most beloved hobby as a family was hiking & climbing.
When you climb up, there is always the most difficult section of the route, called CRUX. Your ability to climb the whole route depends on your ability to pass the CRUX.
I think it’s exactly the same with the change projects. There is always a bottleneck, a difficult part: a CRUX. If you are not able to beat it, you will somehow lose the game. In my experience the CRUX is surprisingly often in one particular field. If you like you can read more from here
In other words, the ability to identify the CRUX and solve it, is a crucial component of a successful change. After all, 70 % of change initiatives fail, and it’s always for a reason.
